ANIMATRONIC HAND


 ANIMATRONIC HAND,

Abstract: Animatronic Hand useful for same normal human hand. The user wears a control glove and can control the animatronic hand precisely. So we are using some sensors those are flex sensors. Depending upon the bending of the flex the resistance will increase so that the servo motor will do appropriate action. Description: In this project we are using sensors, atmega32 controller and 5-servo motors. First of all we prepared one hand it looks like normal human hand. Sensors are fixed on the human body glove. Those are flex sensors with 4.5”. These sensors are connected to the microcontroller of the ADC pins. When the human bending his hand the sensor gives the o/p of higher resistance readings as it flexes to a tighter radius. This 10KΩ sensor has low power requirements for its output feedback. The resistance can increase up to 5-times the base or flat state reading. Users can calculate the degree of flexure or the bend radius using resistance. The micro-controller will calculate the resistance and it give the o/p to appropriate action of the sensor using PWM technique.
